- Cardiac Anaesthesiologist
Qualification:
DM /DrNB/ FNB / DNB / PDCC / One-year accredited Certificate course in Cardiac Anesthesiology after MD Anaesthesiology or 3 years’ experience in Cardiac Anesthesia after MD Anesthesiology at a high volume cardiac set up.
- SR ship after MD Anesthesiology (1 year) either as SR in a medical college or as a part of DM / DNB in a medical College - hospital with appropriate teaching certificate provided for the same.
- Valid registration from medical council where practicing.
Experience:
Experienced candidates will be given preference; however, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibility:
- Primary - Cardiac Anesthesiology for Cardiothoracic surgery.
- Additionally support to be provided to Cardiac surgery ICU to Cardiac surgeon.
- Additionally, as appropriate roles and responsibilities of Anaesthesiologist to be fulfilled in a Medical College and teaching hospital.
- Intensivist
Qualification:
DM/ DrNB – CTVS Intensive Care / Intensive Care/Critical Care Medicine/ Pulmonary Medicine & Critical Care Medicine/ Cardiac Anaesthesia/Intensive Care
- MD/DNB/FNB/PDCC – Anaesthesiology/ General Medicine/ Internal Medicine/ Emergency Medicine/ Anaesthesia & Critical Care/ Critical Care Medicine/ Cardiac Anaesthesia
- SR ship after MD/DNB (1 year) must either as SR in a medical college
- DM / DNB in a medical college - hospital with appropriate teaching certificate provided for the same.
- Valid registration from medical council where practicing.
Experience
- Preferrable to have cardiac or CTVS or CCU experience to handle IABP, Defibrillators, Pacemaker, Emergency life support in coordination with cardiac surgery team
- Experienced candidates will be given preference; however, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibility
- Primary – CTVS ICU management along with Cardiothoracic surgeon
- Additionally – Cath lab ICU for cardiac patients and other ICU management on cal
- CTVS O.T/ICU Technician
Qualification:
Degree (BSc) /Diploma in o.t technology
Experience – minimum 1 year in cardiac O.T
Role specifications
- Preparation of O.T room for surgery – checking the instruments, table. Sterilization and infection Control
- Blood arrangements, coordinating with team for drug arrangements and availability
- Shifting in patient safely
- Assistance to anesthesia team and surgeon team during surgery – should know technical details of all monitors and equipments used and troubleshoot any issues
- Operating room management – organization, looking over cleaning
- Patient monitoring
- Documentation and record keeping
- Safely shifting patient to ICU
- Basic CTVS ICU assistance and equipment care
- Perfusionist
Qualification
- Degree in Perfusion Technology from a recognized University/Institution
- Or Diploma in Perfusion Technology from a recognized Institution.
Experience
- 3-4 years of experience in conducting perfusion in a hospital independently, should be able to handle emergency and paediatric cases
- Should be able to recognize technical problem and troubleshoot or communicate accordingly.
- Preferable have experience with ECMO, Aortic procedures, DHCA.
Salary: As per Rules of Kasturba Health Society.
Age: Between 18-38 years for open category/ between 18-43 years for reserved category.

- Age and experience can be relaxed for exceptional and deserving candidate.
