Admission Process
MGIMS conducted its PMT on 17th April 2016. Now, as per Hon’ble Supreme Court of India order and Govt. of India ordinance, eligibility of candidate for MBBS Admission 2016-2017 shall be based on their NEET 2016 scores.
Those who have appeared for MGIMS PMT in 2016, and also those who wish to seek admission to MGIMS should apply online along with their NEET 2016 score on Institute’s website (www.mgims.ac.in) within seven days of the declaration of NEET 2016 results.
Eligibility/merit list of candidates shall be displayed on MGIMS website on 29th August 2016

The Institute admits 100 students (50% students from Maharashtra and 50% students from rest of the country (Outside Maharashtra). The breakup of allotted seats at MGIMS and rules of admission/ admission procedure and also the code and conduct of the Institute is given on our website www.mgims.ac.in.
The candidate must bring (a) all the required original documents along with three sets of attested photocopies of their documents. (b) Softcopy of all their documents in JPG or PDF format below 500 KB; Photo and signature of the candidate files must be below 5 KB. (c) Sufficient money for fees, security fees and other deposits.
No extra time shall be given to any candidate under any circumstances if required certificates (eligibility/category) are not produced at the time of counselling as per format given in annexure in the rules and regulations for admission in MBBS 2016-2017 on our website.
